Rachael Smith
Groomer – First Class Dog Grooming; Registered Veterinary Nurse
Rachael is well known in the Greater Bunbury area as a Veterinary ancillary service provider – a commitment to pet care in or region that spans several decades. This commenced in the role as Registered Vet Nurse at a local practice, before she realized a significant shortage of high quality local Veterinary grooming services – which saw the birth and subsequent rise and continued success of First Class Dog Grooming.

Whilst her grooming venture is run as a completely ‘at arm’s length’ small business, owned by Rachael and her husband, Matt, Bunbury and Eaton Vet Clinics have had the good fortune of an enduring professional relationship with Rachael and her grooming service, which visits each practice on alternating Fridays to provide quality pet grooming to our clientele’s fur-babies.
Rachael has several pets of her own, for which she entrusts our practices with their Veterinary care. Rachael has the added feather in her cap, as a Registered Vet Nurse, allowing her to identify a range of different health concerns / conditions during the grooming process, which she is then able to on-refer to primary Vet care services to further improve the welfare of her client’s pets.
