Client Safety Guidelines:
- Please inform us of any history of aggression, fear, or discomfort your pet may experience.
- Ensure your pet is on a leash or in a carrier at all times.
- If your pet has a history of aggression, we may require a muzzle before any procedures.
- Please call ahead if your pet requires sedation or calming options – we will often need to dispense these to you to administer in advance of your scheduled appointment.
- Trust our judgment. If our team advises stopping or altering a procedure, this decision is always made in the best interests of your pet and the people caring for them.
